Give me a messy dataset and I get excited. What I enjoy most is ‘translating’ it into something the people I work with can actually use, in P6, Excel or a dashboard. 

Most of my experience is on the client side, at Rijkswaterstaat PPO Oost-Nederland, cluster Wegen. As adviser for the planning management product, I reviewed contractors’ schedules and quickly became an equal sparring partner for their planners. I’m told I ask the right questions and defuse tricky situations before they start. 

For me, trust starts in person. I’d rather sit at the table with my project team, and when I can’t, I pick up the phone. A lot gets lost in a text message. 

Outside work, you’ll find me on the volleyball or padel court, sometimes at a training camp abroad. I love getting to know new people, in Filipino, English, Dutch, or even a bit of French.
